The temples' organisation revolves around the rituals which take place daily or at specific times of the month or year.
The 'Kunye' is responsible for this organisation. He or she makes sure that the cleaning of the temple and the filling and emptying of the shrine's offering bowls is carried out daily. He or she organises the purchase of all the temple's needs as well as food offerings and tsok rituals. He or she prepares and sets out all the necessary items for the offerings during the rituals (for example the tormas), and everything concerning the welcoming ceremonies when lamas come to visit.
The white scarves (katas) that are offered to masters as a welcoming gesture can be purchased on site during special events.
