The three year retreat 2012:
Invitation to come to the 'first contact day' on Sunday 16th August 2009 at Le Bost - Kundreul Ling

Dear Friend,

You have expressed the wish to complete a three year retreat and/or wish to know a little more about the preparation and so we are inviting you to share with us a 'first contact day' with a view to preparing for the next three year retreat starting in 2012. The day will be held at Kundreul Ling - Le Bost, Biollet 63640 on Sunday 16th August 2009.

The program will be as follows:

10.00    A Tara practice
11.30        First meeting with the retreat guides Lama Tenzin and Lama Lhundrup
14.30    A Tchenrezi practice in the big temple at Le Bost
16.30    Meeting with retreatants

We will be very pleased to meet you on this occasion and to be able to practice together.
